It breaks and crumbles when you fry it. Too flaky. I like a doughey kind Empanada not too flakey. This recipe absorbs too much oil. Also, i added half teaspoon Vanilla it makes the dough smell good. If it crumbles while kneading the dough, add a bit of cold water and kneaded it more.
