Cusinera’s comment:
At the moment Queensland is just soaking wet from this nonstop rain and my heart goes out to the affected fellow Queenslanders. I didn’t pick a flooded picture as an introduction for this post but a larrikin humour pic that portrays the Australian attitude of being resilient and strong when it comes to this kind of adversity with a pinch of cheekiness. I am so proud to be an Australian at the moment as I see everybody pitching in to help out, may it be in the form of volunteering or donation.
If you would like to donate please go to Premier's Flood Relief Appeal.
Glad to hear that you and the TRIBE are okay and unaffected :)
ReplyDeleteAlthea, hope you and your family stay high and dry! Take care.
ReplyDelete@Sefie & Annie~ thankyou very much for thinking of us....yes, we are one of the lucky ones that reside in one of the hilly areas here in Brisbane=) Now that the water is slowly going down, we'll be checking on family and friends=) As they all are scattered in Brissy...
ReplyDeleteGlad to know your Tribe was not affected by all this water....
ReplyDelete@Beancounter~ Hope you are all safe and well also=)
